Registration will close at 12:00 a.m. the morning of September 17th.

Judges will be looking at the following: Neatness/Precision, Choice/Use of Color, Attention to Detail, Difficulty/Skill, Creativity/Originality, Overall Appearance, and Interpretation of Theme. They will be using a point score system.

Simi Isomalt Award

The Simi Isomalt Award will be presented to the cake/sugar artist who incorporates the most awe inspiring, eye popping, innovative use of Isomalt in/on their entry. Your entry can be all isomalt, part isomalt, or even a decoration, but there must be isomalt incorported your piece to be judged. Your challenge is to wow the judges with your isomalt sugar work. Award: $100 Gift Certificate to online store

Marvelous Molds

The Marvelous Molds award will be given to the cake artist that exemplifies the most outstanding use of Marvelous Molds. The cake design that uses Marvelous Molds in a way that is bold and a prominent part of the design will be awarded a prize package valued at over $400.
